extremely clean facility. access/exit to and from facility super easy. elevators worked fine. great view of the mountains from my unit. had to move, so closed my acct, but overall, affordable and good experience.

I’ve rented a unit here for years, long before ModBox took over. It was rough for awhile. Everything was broken, garbage everywhere, sketchy characters hanging around all the time. I started trying to find another place to move to. Then ModBox took over. It’s SO much better now. It’s cleaner and repairs have been made. The office is even staffed again. Dale was so nice and helpful when I went to inquire about my changing storage needs. I really appreciate having such a great person on site.

There are so many things l like about this storage facility. The managers are very helpful and it is clean etc., but l had one of my units burglarized and even though the police did a thorough investigation the people who took my things were identified but not charged and arrested because there was no video proof they did it. What good does it do to video the outside and lead you to suspects when the specific crime on the inside cannot be proven. If we want a safe space there needs to be inside hallway video coverage. Please don’t discount it as businesses depend on customer trust. Maybe do it in steps. Thanks. Heartbroken and scared.
