What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
What size storage unit is right for me?
Finding the right storage unit depends on the number of possessions you plan on storing at our facility. The more items you have, the more space you'll need. At our facility, you can find a variety of storage unit sizes to fit your specific needs. You can choose from small locker-sized units to larger spaces perfect for business inventory. It's important to know what you plan to store ahead of time so that you have an idea of the space needed to fit all your belongings comfortably. How high is a storage unit?
A storage unit is typically 8–9 feet tall.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How much does a storage unit cost?

How much notice do I need to give before moving out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.
How do I rent a storage unit online?
Simply click on the rent now button at the top of our website or on the location nearest you to rent a unit online.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime 24/7 via our website. Our Managers can also complete your rental over the phone Mon-Sun from 8am-8pm.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, all rentals are month-to-month unless you request otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
You can make a payment through our website or call center.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
Use our online Storage Calculator or call one of our Managers for assistance.
Security & Access
What kinds of boating, vehicle, and RV storage is available?
We offer indoor and outdoor vehicle storage, outdoor RV parking, and outdoor boat parking.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
