Awesome service and the inside climate controlled units were clean, very well lit and easy to access. The entire process took less than 10 minutes ... It was quick, simple and convenient, I did everything right from my phone! I didn't have to speak with anyone to get everything set up and had my things moved in in no time at all! I did have an issue where I wanted to change to another size unit and it was after hours. I was still able to reserve and set up another unit and called the next day to get refunded for the unit I no longer needed, no problem! Lisa at the Piedmont, SC helped me and she was very kind, caring, helpful and stayed on with me to make sure everything went through successfully! I would definitely recommend CubeSmart, especially this location, and they even have an app for even more convenience! 🅰️➕💯
