Very clean facility. Pricing is better than most. They usually even have pallets near the doors for customers to use. Update 1/18/25 Not so ... Very clean facility. Pricing is better than most. They usually even have pallets near the doors for customers to use. Update 1/18/25 Not so much anymore with no helpful pallets. They went up quite a bit on price and I was a little bothered by this because I went to them when they very first opened, leaving public storage because of the exorbitant pricing. I ended up at MOD box when they very first opened and loved them. I also had to get a second storage unit next to the first one because I have many things in the first one I want to donate and then combine the two back into one storage unit. So even though I am elderly, I am disabled. I am a faithful customer from the very beginning, I have two units I use auto pay and I still got pretty big increases on both of my units. I will admit that I have not contacted them to discuss it, but I plan to. It’s still a very clean and easy to get to facility.

One issue I did have is that the customer service contact number at the gate to call if any issues, can never leave a Voicemail, mailbox is always full! When I finally reach a customer service rep they have always been helpful!
