All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.

I had to change size of my unit and the gentleman was very good about. I had no problem getting bigger storage. Overall I think I am going to like this storage, due to the friendliness and helpful gesters they offer.

Samantha is always been courteous and friendly and very helpful with everything with needs on renting and just make sure that we were able to get into our units. I miss her terribly. Now the new person that has taken her place is rude unfriendly and no help at all I’m going to be moving storage units

I have several units at this location and have never had any major issues with anything. Move in process can be completed entirely online as well as rent payments. Ice build up can be a bit of a problem after a serious snow storm but this isn't a problem if you have a vehicle with enough ground clearance. The manager is very nice and easy to work with though I admittedly have had limited interactions with her. My biggest complaint is that I recently wanted to add a 10'x20' unit to my rentals and while I was able to successfully do so I was given two 10'x10' units rather than a single 10'x20' which was rather disappointing and kinda defeats the purpose of me wanting a 10'x20' unit in the first place. Overall Modbox is by far one of the better storage facilities that I have dealt with and that's saying something considering I've been to many, many storage facilities all over North America.
Great customer service, never had issues with them on making payments and always friendly when asking questions definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage space.
