All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.

My husband and I came in this morning to get a unit. Rodney was absolutely amazing friendly and explained everything up front from cost to where our unit would be. One of the best storage units we have ever dealt with.
Rodney was very friendly. When I went in to do the paperwork he showed me the storage unit. A 5x10 is about 4’6”x 9’8” when you take into account the space occupied by the door and braces on the side. If you are lucky enough to get a unit where the HVAC duct doesn’t run you have a good 9’ of cleaned to stack your treasures. The place is immaculate, I didn’t see any dust or dirt. There is also evidence of proactive rodent control. I moved my date by 4 days to move things in. Rodney moved my reservation, gave me a link to complete all the paperwork online. The link never worked. I went in on the new day and was warmly greeted by Rodney who didn’t seem to recognize me. It turns out he only moved my reservation 3 days instead of 4 and had canceled it when I didn’t show. The unit was still available however. I completed the paperwork and moved everything in. Rodney was very friendly and helpful and provided suggestions throughout the process.

5 stars. They had carts and a dolley available to unload the truck. The inside storage units had AC. Everything was clean and well kept. Rodney was very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Rodney showed us a couple comparison units then made sure we got the summer special pricing on the unit. He was so cheerful and helpful. The grounds and buildings are immaculate.
Rodney is a really good manager and is very cooperative and is willing to help you with anything you need. I really recommend this storage unit company for people who want their belongings safe.
