In addition to customer service, we do our best to maintain a secure storage facility equipped with the best feature. Our self storage units are fully fenced and gated with electronic keypad entry while the facility is being monitored 24 hours a day using high-definition video surveillance.

Nope! All our leases are month to month so you have the flexibility to move on your terms!
All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.

The facility is clean and well kept, the environmentally controlled storage. Areas are at a perfect temperature for the things I want to keep safe, all in all, and excellent facility for the cost.
I have stored my campervan at ModBox for the past 3 years and have had no problems. I have confidence in their security system.

Service over the phone was great. There isn’t a service manger at the facility so we had to call because someone else’s things were in the unit we were assigned upon arrival. The agent over the phone gave me a new unit but we had to leave and go buy a lock since no one was there to sell/rent us a lock.
The Rv lot was great! Safe and secure place to store your rv and trailers!
I had my storage unit here for 3 years and had a great experience. Never had any issues or damage to any of my things being stored. Great location, easily accessible, super easy to pay with it being deducted from my account on the 1st of each month. Overall a great experience and great and prompt customer service too.
My experience with Mod Box is that they are very accommodating. There’s been a couple of times that my debit card has been compromised and I’ve been late on a payment due to not updating my debit card information and they have not charged me any late fees and I appreciate that.

EDITED: I got a call today from Modbox and they were really nice. He listened to my issues and addressed all my concerns. He ended up lowering my rate to one more consistent with market current market rates. He didn't even ask for me to change my review. But this is the second time I've had to call customer service and everytime they have been very helpful. It's still tight getting in and out and their online payment services suck but Overall the company works to make things right.
