I love this place! I've reasntly moved my things from another storage facility and by far Modbox is the best. I am a wood burner , and I deal with a lot of wood. The storage building knows that before it was wet damp and musty so I had to go look for something different I found my box and it was very close to me I got me climate control unit which was almost the same price as a regular somewhere else it was clean it was quick and it was efficient I recommend my box to anyway

Good price for what it is, looked fairly clean inside and out except for a few nails I found outside. Rented a climate cooled unit but not sure it was necessary so far it's been freezing cold inside. Just a few minor things nothing too major.
I I just wish they would have some kind of a payment plan I am on a fix the income and there was an emergency came up with my family help pay for cremation and I got a little behind and I tried everything I could to get a loan .but that's not their fault I just wish they had payments thank you

Very clean facility. Pricing is better than most. They usually even have pallets near the doors for customers to use.
They have been great. Rates and customer service are great. I had one problem and they fixed it immediately with no hassel.
Everything was done online. I didn't have to take time out of my day to go there and set everything up. The facility is clean and I feel my things are safe there. My unit is actually in the very back and it is very dark. I had to go by after work and it was a bit eerie. If I had any suggestion on improvement it would be better lighting along the back of the last building. Otherwise I am a very satisfied customer.
I ran from the Gastonia location which is very clean. It's also well lit we have inside and outside storage pots. Compared to other storage same size best price and good customer service

its okay other than the gate never works. we live beside it and I dont know what goes on over there but the snap on trucks started parking at our building, because they said that it was not that well treated and the gate was horrible.

Good customer service on several calls. Only issue was that gate code didn’t work when I went there on first visit. Customer service helped resolve the issue. Place appears to be clean and secure.
