Mebane - Arrowhead

I am a Realtor and needed space for my staging furniture. Laura went above and beyond to help me lock in a unit. She took the time to show me the different sizes and locations on the floors. She explained the discounts and bonus free month. I would recommend Mod to anyone needed additional storage space.

The agent on duty was available and very helpful with adding a unit for me.

Reserving a unit was incredibly easy. The manager of the facility was kind, responsive, and helpful. She even helped me rent a truck at the last minute! The facility is kept incredibly clean and I always feel safe while accessing my unit. I've used a few similar storage facilities in the past, but the manager at this one was above and beyond any of the others and really made a difference in my experience!

great all around rental process... staff and facilities

The manager at this location is amazing. However the company needs to recognize that they are in the US and need to accept our laws. I had a fraud charge on my card so it got canceled went to pay in cash and was told they don't accept the that the owners won't let her take it. By us laws they can't refuse legal tender. The manager allowed me to get the few things I needed out of my unit. Again the manager at this location is extremely professional and understanding. The owners just need to be reminded where we are.

Awesome great service

Laura is Professional, exceptionally nice staff. Very easy to deal with, in person on the website and the National office. Nice and clean storage facility, easy to access.

They are a little high in prices than most storage units. But it is an all indoor climate controlled units There are elevators and they give you Carts to put your things on to move in and out they also rent moving trucks and give you a discount. There are bathrooms on the main floor. There is friendly staff. So I give it 5 stars

ModBox on Arrowhead was a really great experience! The lady at the desk is really nice. The building is very clean and the Penske truck rental, both directions, worked out very well.

ModBox is a great storage facility. The units are in great condition and the rates are very compatible. The process to initially rent the unit and making payments was easy and convenient. I would rent a unit from them again if I was still in the area and had need for a storage unit.

Very smooth and easy signing up to rent storage space. Everything works great, sturdy carts by the entrance and elevator allow for quick loading and unloading. Thank you ModBox.

The units are climate controlled and pest free. Most of the Times They Are unmanned however if you have a problem they will respond quickly. They have reasonable rates, and easy to work with personnel.

Clean facility, easy process, good value

Safe and clean location. I never worried about our belongings while we rented a unit from them. Very nice people who work there, but i do wish they were open for customer service 7 days a week. It was great they had dollys to use. Some places don't have them at all or just have small ones and they had multiple big ones to use! Very convenient.

It was great being apart of ModBox for over a year! I would choose them again if I ever needed them. They were easy and very understandable. The facility was always clean and there were always dollys to use.

I would have stayed at this location but, three price increases in less than two years was a little much. Anyway, I wanted to move my storage items a little closer to my apartment so I made the move to another ModBox location. With that said, Laura, at the Arrowhead location was very professional and courteous, even helped me move in to the Compass Point location.

Modbox storage facility was safe and secure, they keep the place clean, restrooms clean, the attendant was friendly and helpful.

Clean and well kept units. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access and materials for moving in and out are readily accessible! Absolutely recommend.

I really like their customer service! Anytime I have called, no matter who I speak with, the rep is friendly and helpful. They stay on the line until the problem is solved.

The facility is new and very clean. The keypad entry and numerous security cameras offer peace of mind. Laura, the on-site manger, was super helpful and very responsive. She was the primary reason I chose this ModBox location since other facilities in the area were slow in responding to my questions (i.e. days or not at all).

Facility was great, love that they have carts to help you! I cannot say enough good things about Laura, the employee who helped me. She was so nice and knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and genuinely cared. Thank you!!
