Laura went above and beyond to help me lock in a unit. She took the time to show me the different sizes and locations on the floors. She explained the discounts and bonus free month. I would recommend Mod to anyone needing additional storage space.

Great storage unit. We love the arrowhead location because the unit has tall ceilings and lights in the unit. Staff is great and so friendly. ... Great storage unit. We love the arrowhead location because the unit has tall ceilings and lights in the unit. Staff is great and so friendly. Only thing that could improve would to have brooms and dustpans on each floor and trash cans on each floor. We made a small mess and had to go down to the 1st floor , go back up , sweep, bring back down to the first floor… but there is no trash can. The only trash can we found were in the bathrooms that state they are not to be used for anything other than bathroom trash. So what do they want customers to do?
