The ModBox Storage Facility in Mint Hill is top Notch!! They have made grounds improvements, laid new gravel and installed a new gate lock ... The ModBox Storage Facility in Mint Hill is top Notch!! They have made grounds improvements, laid new gravel and installed a new gate lock which works great. The facility appears safe to store your personal belongings. The communications between me and ModBox has been helpful and they communicate well regarding upgrades and payment reminders! We have been happy there for the past year or so. Highly recommend this storage facility!
