ModBox Storage has an intuitive website and an easy online sign up process. The flash sale this month gave us a great deal on top of their already reasonable prices. They are located in a super convenient area and appear to have organized, well-maintained units. We are looking forward to moving our items into our storage unit we just started renting from them.
I was a long time customer of the former company Modbox purchased. While I haven't had any issues since Modbox took over, I would like for them to provide offers and discounts for those clients who have been in place for many years. Aside from that, the place is well kept and the online payment system is easy to use.

Decent facility. Never had any issues. Staff was always polite and helpful. The only reason I left was due to needing space for my 28ft trailer. Simply too tight for that.
The facility is very clean and well lit. There are an abundance of security cameras monitoring the property. The property management company has even begun building a new state of the art facility for future tenants. Excellent location and easily accessible to interstate 485 and highway 51.

Great experience using Mini Mac while we packed up our house and moved into Mint HIll. The price was fair ($70/month for a 10x10 unit). There aren't any AC controlled units. People who're used to fancy new places may be turned off by the gravel driveways and no frills exteriors, but remember: you're just storing your junk here. It doesn't need to be high end for that. THe location is about as central to Mint Hill as you're gonna get. The staff is friendly and gave me the weekend to move everything out before billing me for an additional month (some places would have gladly pinged me for the remaining 28 days of the month!).
