I have rented here several times over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. But this time, I failed to put a lock on my unit!!! Olivia, the new manager, called me and asked if the items inside the unit were mine or left from a previous tenant. She was doing a security check with her maintenance man and saw a couple of items inside my unit and was concerned. It made me feel very confident that she has eyes on the units!!! She has really been on top of everything to be so new. I am impressed! I have never had a bad experience at this facility, but this, so far, is exceeding my expectations!! Thank you, Olivia, for being so attentive!!!

The location of these units was very convenient for me. The online reservation process made it easy. The office attendant was very helpful and professional. The pricing of my 5 x 5 was very affordable. The unit itself was in good shape. Definitely would recommend.

Good place. Prices go up every 6months though. What started at 110.00 a month 2½ yrs ago is now 161.00 a month. Still a decent place though.

This facility is great. They have a person on site, facilty is clean, and the rental units are the best prices around. The manager is friendly, polite, and very help.

Jennifer is an amazing property manager!! She is truly an asset to your company. Compared to the previous staff that handled this location and allowed it to look trashy for many years…she has really turned this place around and created a property I’m happy to refer other customers to.

Great office staff, fast, helpful and very friendly. Something that’s hard to find now days. The prices are great for the size units & Online deals and services with out having to go in is also a big plus. I’m able to rent a unit anytime day or night takes only a few minutes to get the unit number and gate code right after to my phone.

I did all my own price comparisons at the storage facilities here in Mooresville. I’ve never had to rent a storage facility so I wasn’t sure exactly what kind of prices to expect or anything else. Most all of the self storage facilities had close to the same prices. I was looking for a 10x10 or a 10x15 as those were the only options at other locations (no in between sizes), but the catch was I needed it to be the cheapest possible rate. As I had lost my job and was having to relocate in order to get another. I was expecting more of the storage facilities to have more specials than what was available, especially considering it was the New Year. Prices seem to change daily with storage units. I found one other place to be cheaper but upon filling out the lease I soon learned that wouldn’t be the case at the time of “move in”. I had no idea that these companies charge an admin fee “one time fee” which is usually between $25-$29, I also found that these companies require insurance, also they had a lock on your bill as well even if you don’t want it. They leave it in the unit and if you don’t want/need it you can return it on the next business day as long as the package isn’t open. Just one big inconvenience really. By the time it was all added in I was looking at well over $120.As I was just about to give up I came across Modbbox storage. The thing that caught my attention first was the flash sale they had which with the unit I needed included 2 months for free. They also have a 10x12 which isn’t a size many of them offer. Not only that but they don’t charge extra for a drive up unit. I decided to go ahead and fill out the paperwork and pay online, so all I needed to do was find the unit and start moving my things in. Not only was I offered 2 months free, I found out that they don’t/didn’t charge an admin fee. They don’t do the same as all the others with the whole lock thing which was awesome. I also saw that if you need to get insurance through them they have the cheapest rates around. I had already gotten insurance through my insurance company because of the rates the other places charged. To my surprise I was able to lease the storage unit with no cost for the first 2 months, which no other company was able to offer! Upon arriving at the facility I found that they are located in a very convenient location. I had absolutely no issues or problems entering the gate or finding the unit. The unit was clean and everything was as they advertised it to be. The only thing I would want to change is the hours. I wished it had 24hr access, but I understand why they aren’t, and I understand the dangers that could come along with that. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends. I already have actually and one will be reserving or leasing a unit soon.

I rented a unit prematurely. Contacted management and was able to cancel my current month due without issue or additional fees. I didn't really rent from them but with level of customer service I received I would recommend them.
