Loving mod box! The units are clean and access is easy, even for our big moving trucks. Laura at the front desk was so friendly and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make sure we had all our units close together and other specific requests met.

I have 4 units at this location. I absolutely love it. The staff member I worked with (Laura) is beyond helpful every time I call her. The units are very clean and everything seems very new.

Laura at ModBox has turned this storage location around for the better. I rented the largest exterior storage unit for 2.5 years. During those years I experienced 2 different companies and 3 burglaries. The location is now safer and cleaner under the new company. It has made all the difference for me that there is a friendly, helpful, and approachable staff member available on property; Laura. As a customer you feel seen and heard. One of the previous companies had no one on site which was frustrating. I now have a smaller interior unit after a successful move. Thank you, Laura!
