All rent is due on the 1st of the month. We do pro rate your move in but we do not prorate your move out. Example, you move out on the 20th, we are not able to issue a refund.

The manager in Evans is extremely helpful and friendly. He always answered the phone promptly and offered advice on how to move larger items. The unit itself is very secure and the temperature in the climate control units is well regulated. I would definitely recommend this storage company.
